The Ultraseal skirt is designed from 12 thick plate making it the strongest skirt on the market. It is lined with either Ni-hard liners or studded Bissalloy liners; both allow for vertical adjustment of skirt liners externally. The skirt liners can be adjusted vertically up 25mm and down 30mm, this feature allows for better containment of material whilst also extending the life of the skirt liner.

The secondary seal is made from 45 duro rubber and is designed with a step which closes the gap between the primary seal and the front face of the skirt panel. This stepped soft rubber secondary seal provides the best secondary seal on the market today.

Firstly eliminating the opportunity for material to collect in a gap between primary and secondary seals and secondly, the rubber is softer than the belt rubber thus protecting the conveyor belt from potential grooving and thereby extending the life of the belt. Should the belt track poorly the Ultraseal rubber will maintain its shape and position and never pop out thus providing a 100% seal
