Projects are successfully completed time and time again and we would like to particularly recognize the role of two keys figures at H & B Mining: Project & Procurement Manager, Debby Carley and Finance Manager, Jackie Hodgkinson.

Debby is integral to the successful completion of any H & B project, large or small. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensures that all materials, supplies and other requirements are ready when needed for every project. H & B Mining’s projects are completed in the correct way and on time because of her organisation, dedication and skill in resource and people management. As a mother of two young children she knows how to prioritise tasks and run multiple projects in parallel as she balances work, rest and play.

Jackie is the quiet achiever. Jackie has been at H & B Mining since the beginning, spanning 25 years. Jackie’s flexibility and financial acumen have allowed her to adapt to technological advances and changing legal requirements related to finance management during this time. Her strong communication and reporting skills ensure clarity and accuracy within the H & B team for keeping to budget and effective cash flow.

Both Debby & Jackie bring flexibility, a wealth of skill, knowledge and experience as well as humour and fun that is indispensable at H & B Mining.
