The ‘Rack’n’Roll’ is a light-weight, transportable bracket designed for the temporary storage of conveyor rollers during hands-free roller change-out. Shutdown time for roller maintenance can be reduced when rollers are placed in the ‘Rack’n’Roll’ alongside the conveyor during pre-shut preparations. The Rack’n’Roll ensures that rollers are safely out of the way during roller maintenance.

Hands-free roller change-out for mining conveyors is realised when the Rack’n’Roll is incorporated with the EMRI (Easy Maintenance Retractable Idler), Roller Removal Tool and the Trolley Extraction Tool. The EMRI provides quick, safe and easy access to the wing and central conveyor rollers.

The ‘Rack’n’Roll’ is manufactured from galvanised steel, weighing less than 7kg and is designed to easily drop in and lift out from walkway hand railing.
