The H & B Mining post-less guarding system provides unrestricted access to all consumable skirt & idler components including idler rolls, skirt liner & skirt rubber.

This post-less conveyor guard system utilises the EMRI (Easy Maintenance Retractable Idler) as a support mechanism for the guard. The guard slides into place via a slot on each of the guard’s vertical legs. A stud at each end of the guard’s bottom chord slides into slots provided on the extended base plate of the EMRI. The studs are supplied with hex nuts to lock the guard in place.
