THE SOLUTION FOR REPLACING WORN CONVEYOR IMPACT BARS

Replacing worn impact bars can be done in a matter of minutes by a single person when the H & B Easy Maintenance system is incorporated in the initial impact table design.

The drop down table is designed so that when one side of the table is lowered, the troublesome central impact bars can be accessed, removed and replaced. The impact table is lowered by utilising either an operating tool or hydraulic jack, which when activated can support and lower the full weight of the table to achieve the necessary maintenance tasks.

One person on their own is able to adjust and change out worn impact bars within a number of minutes. The easy maintenance drop down impact table is a patented product of H & B Mining.
